Booking Policies
All room rates include a self-serve, continental style breakfast. High season rates of $189 plus taxes apply from late June until early September. Off season rates vary from $169 – $179 plus taxes apply after Labour Day until late June. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, quoted in Canadian dollars. Riding Mountain House is an adult only property and has a minimum two-night policy and a minimum three-night stay on long weekends.
Pet friendly Pine Room
Our pup friendly room has a maximum of one small to medium size dog and a pet fee of $25 per night will be applied. Your pet must not be left unattended and must be kept on a leash in common spaces at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the kitchen area. Please reach out by telephone prior to booking if you have extenuating circumstances. For example, number of dogs or size of dogs or if you have another breed of pet that you wish to bring.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. As a small business with limited guest rooms, cancellations affect us significantly, and we ask that you make every effort to inform us of a change in plans as early as possible. We require notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your reservation. As well, a small fee that is charged to us by our merchant provider will be passed onto our customers as per our cancellation policy. Unfortunately we cannot process any refunds after the 30 day window has passed.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, e-transfer and PayPal. A 40% deposit is due upon booking to hold your accommodations.
Check-in time is between 4:00 and 9:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
